Mature Furriends Workshops

Saturday, June 1st, 2024 @ 1:00pm-2:00pm. - 1 hour workshop

Cost: $75+Tax

Mature Furriends workshops are suitable for dogs 1 year and older, and have received their full set of vaccinations. These 1 hour workshops will be held at Central Bark Doggy Daycare (2004 10 Ave SW, Calgary, AB) twice a month on Saturdays. Each workshop will focus on one specific skill such as Loose Leash Walking, Recall, Confidence Building, and more!

*Workshops are limited to dogs who are able to be amongst other dogs and humans without showing behaviours of reactivity and over arousal*

What should I bring to class?

  • A leash (4-6ft, no flexi leashes) and a harness.

  • No pinch/prong collars, choke chains, e-collars, Martindale collars and clickers in class.

  • Lots of small treats. Bring more than you think you will need.

    General Notes:

  • All breed types are welcomed.

  • At least one handler must be 18 years or older. Families are welcomed to join the class with their pups.

  • Min. 2 sets of Vaccinations required.

  • Non-refundable after registration. Classes will not be refunded if classes are missed by participant.

  • Registrations and waiver forms are completed through Furriends Dog Walking and Training.
